All orders are dispatched from the UK via DHL Express.
- UK orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis.
- All other international orders are shipped under EXW terms, meaning duties and taxes are payable by the customer upon delivery.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Complimentary Express Shipping is available on qualifying orders over £500 / €500 / $500. Where returns reduce an order below the qualifying threshold, the applicable original shipping charge may be deducted from any refund.
We are not responsible for customs delays or charges outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We are not liable for lost or missing parcels that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We accept returns on full-price items purchased online within:
- 14 days (UK & Europe)
- 21 days (International)
from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, return requests must be made within the stated return window and items must be dispatched promptly once authorised.
Approved returns should be sent within 7 days of authorisation and received within a reasonable transit period.
Returns received outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Returns accepted within the policy window are eligible for a refund on full-price items only (excluding original shipping costs).
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been inspected and approved
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or style, please return your item in line with our Returns policy and place a new order.
Our team will be happy to assist in securing your preferred item, subject to availability.
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Items purchased in-store (exchange only within 7 days of purchase, as stated on the point of sale receipt)
- Items purchased for styling, press, or professional use
- Pre-order items
- Gift cards or store credit
- Knitted underwear pants are not eligible for return or refund once tried on, due to the nature of the garment.
Sale items and items purchased with a discount may be returned for store credit only, provided they are returned within the applicable return window, in original condition, and in accordance with this policy.
Store credit is issued as a digital voucher valid for 12 months.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and the safe return of goods. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until safely received by us.
If preferred, we can provide a return label and deduct the applicable cost from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised resale, or misuse of our services.
If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded to the original method of payment.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
