We’re continuing to ship all orders as quickly as possible, both to the UK and EU, however due to significant strain on our carrier partners, we are currently experiencing longer than usual times to deliver. We apologise for any delay.
All orders over 200 GBP are sent free of charge on Standard shipment globally.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use UPS Express service and Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class for our Express shipments and Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class for Standard UK shipments and a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. We will also not be liable for a lost or missing parcel if the address provided at checkout is incorrectly entered. Please make sure you type the correct one. We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
DELIVERY COSTS + TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. Please note that in some areas of the UK and Europe there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note during peak periods, like Christmas, it might take up to 3-5 business days.
Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday and bank holidays of UK. UK bank holidays include: January 1, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May, Spring and Summer Bank Holidays, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
As we are exporting from the UK, all non-UK customers will be subject to import duties and import taxes and may be subject to local sales taxes which are not included at checkout and must be covered by the customer.
Please note that at the moment, we are unable to sell to the following countries: Also, currently we are unable to ship orders to the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Bahrein.
King & Tuckfield cannot be responsible for any additional sales taxes placed on your delivery. Please note that deliveries to most of Europe may be subject to customs delays outside of our control. We cannot be responsible for any customs or import charges placed on your delivery.

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from kingandtuckfield.com or our Studio Shop. If you have purchased from one of our stockists or retail partners, then they must arrange your return or exchange.
If on receipt of your product you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep your item in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
Should you wish to cancel or return any purchases, you may do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org where full details will be given. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING US, as we cannot track your return and will not guarantee a refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancelled order back. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return all unwanted goods, and to cover all shipping and duty costs. King & Tuckfield advises that all returns are sent by recorded post to ensure the safe arrival of all goods and that shipping documentation is retained in case of dispute. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send to us yourself that become lost or missing. Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without swing tags.
Any packaging and trims such as instructions, authenticity cards, dust bags, postcards and other tags should be included with your return.
Refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations is currency rates the amounted refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
Items should be returned within 14 days of their delivery date for UK and Europe and 21 days for International returns, unused and with all garment tags, postcards and other relevant trims still attached.
Returns exceeding these periods will be automatically processed for an online credit (valid for 3 months), or they will be returned back to you if the items do not meet our returns criteria.
Our packaging is considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is also to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser. Gift exchanges will only show on the order history of the original purchaser. All gift cards are non-refundable.
No refunds or credit notes will be given on Sale items, Hand Me Down items or items purchased with a promotional discount code, except for faulty items.
Online credits on returned items will be net of our original shipping cost to you.
HAND ME DOWN POLICY
You can return your worn product in order to receive a 15% discount code against a full price item currently available on our store. One Hand Me Down return for one full price item. The discount code cannot be used to purchase a pre-order item or a discounted item. Should you wish to return your pre-worn product, you may do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org where full details will be given.
No refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be given on Hand Me Down items. Any garments sold on the Hand Me Down section are thoroughly checked for faults and pointed out at the product description if applicable.
King & Tuckfield is committed to product excellence, and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Especially denim, which will definitely lose colour due to the indigo dye. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered or dry cleaned before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
